Cancellation Policy

+ Routes booked:

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must send an email to the following address: info@donana-rutas-caballo.com , indicating the name, reservation number and reservation date.

· Concerning the Classic Routes, Private Ride and Private beach Ride , the amount will be refunded according to the following rules:

- If the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the date of the visit, 70% of the payment made will be refunded within the next 10 business days.

- If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of the visit, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Under no circumstances will more than 70% of the amount paid be refunded (the remaining 30% belongs to online sales expenses and is non-refundable).

In the event that the Equestrian Center suspends the activity due to adverse weather conditions (rain or excessively strong wind), you will receive a voucher and the date may be changed to any other within the period of one year. There will be no refund of the amount paid.

· Concerning the  1-day, 2-day,  3-day and 5-day Getaway , as well as all the special rides not listed on this website, the deposit is nonrefundable.

+ Gift vouchers: There are no refunds.

If you have redeemed your gift voucher and need to change the scheduled date of your visit:

- If it is more than 24 hours in advance of the visit date, you can change it once to another date within the following 3 months.

- If it is less than 24 hours before the visit date, the date cannot be changed.
