3-day getaway

  • On all routes: sOnly one person can ride per horse. Small children cannot ride the same horse as an adult. It is prohibited for safety reasons.
  • All the routes offered require a minimum of two participants in order to carry them out.

Discover the surroundings of the horse riding routes of Doñana Hípica el Pasodoble

The routes begin among pine and juniper forests, near the Matalascañas resort. Once in the Natural Park, the ascent continues through the Asperillo fossil dune system. This is one of the tallest coastal dune systems in Europe—a true feast for the eyes. To the north, a magnificent landscape unfolds with the National Park in the background, its incredible expanse becoming apparent when viewed from above. To the south, the Atlantic Ocean washes over nearly 60 km of pristine beaches, its immensity awe-inspiring.

The landscape is unlike almost anything you've ever seen: dunes of fine, orange sand held in place by coastal vegetation of incredible shapes, adapted to the constant westerly winds and the saline environment. Endangered species like junipers mingle with scallops, gorse, carnations, and savin junipers. The scents of vegetation and gentle breezes intoxicate us. Occasionally, small lizards dart across our path, and warblers, chiffchaffs, and magpies flit among the bushes... and now and then, a bird of prey soars overhead in search of rabbits or lizards.

This area is rich in footprints and traces left mainly at night by mammals such as mice, voles, rabbits, badgers, foxes and even the occasional lynx extends its range to this area.

Finally, you reach the top of the coastal cliff that separates the dunes from the beach. A spectacular place formed by sands of different textures and colors, deposited in successive layers over the last 10,000 years. A true lesson in geology.

Cancellation Policy

Routes booked:

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must send an email to the following address: info@donana-rutas-caballo.com, indicating the name, reservation number and reservation date.

The amount will be refunded according to the following rules:

- If the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the date of the visit, 70% of the payment made will be refunded.

- If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of the visit, you will not be entitled to any refund.

- In the event that the Equestrian Center suspends the start due to adverse weather conditions (rain or excessively strong wind) the date may be changed to any other within the period of one year.



Gift vouchers: There are no refunds.

If you have redeemed your gift voucher and need to change the scheduled date of your visit:

- If it is more than 24 hours in advance of the visit date, you can change it once to another date within the following 3 months.

- If it is less than 24 hours before the visit date, the date cannot be changed.
